How long will it take to receive a video that I have ordered ?

Normally, the video will be sent to you by return of post using 1st Class mail.

However, it does take a certain time to initially prepare the video into the DVD and VHS versions, and so during the Show season there could be up to a 3-4 week delay, especially immediately after the particular Show for which you have placed an order - we will advise you at the time of the likely delivery timescale, and try to keep you informed of progress.

Will the video play on my DVD player ?

The video is recorded on DVD-R writeable media – most recent DVD players can play DVD-R discs without any problems – however, in some cases, particular on older DVD players there can be problems. To help avoid these problems please keep the discs free from dust and/or fingerprints or similar marks.

Why are Ivy Production video sets much less expensive than others normally advertised at the Shows ?

Ivy Productions are very much a family-based operation and use the simplest of equipment to achieve what we believe are the very acceptable results that you will see on the final video productions. This keeps costs down and as a result keeps our prices down as well.
